Ian Merlino

Education: BSc (Computer Science) RMIT, Dip SD (Software Development) Kangan-Batman

Bio: Over the last 6 years I have developed software and Internet/Intranet applications for Australia Post and the Royal Bank of Scotland. In these roles I have specialised in designing graphical user interfaces which communicated with a variety of backend systems.

At Think Developers my primary role is to assist our clients so they can realise the full potential of their web based solution.

Lui Merlino

Education: BSc (Computer Science) VUT, Dip CS (Computer Systems) RMIT

Bio: Throughout my career I have focused strongly on design and usability principles which are evident in all websites we build at Think Developers.

My experience in Web development spans 4 years now, and from that I have expanded and sharpened my skills to cater for a wider audience. Although still young at heart, I boast extensive experience in the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), an aspect regularly overlooked.
